  • Promote innovation and collaboration: In-office sessions, held at our UK headquarters, foster the exchange of ideas, problem-solving, and synergy development within our team working on solutions like virtual cards, international transfers, and advanced payment gateways.
  • Offer flexibility: We recognize that our employees have diverse needs. Remote work allows each individual to adapt their schedule, improving the work-life balance while maintaining high productivity.
  • Support global growth: With a growing presence in Europe and the United States, this hybrid policy enables us to attract and retain international talent, strengthening our ability to serve partners like Deutsche Bank, Barclays, DBS, Flutterwave, and other renowned financial institutions.

2. Implementation Modalities

Our policy is structured as follows:

  • On-site sessions: Employees are invited to come to the office at least one to two times per week, depending on their role and ongoing projects. These days are dedicated to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training on our cutting-edge technologies, such as our user-friendly API for retailers.
  • Remote work: On the remaining days, employees can work remotely from any location, using secure collaboration tools provided by XFlutter. This flexibility is particularly suited to our teams working on digital solutions like portfolio management and mobile top-ups.
  • Communication and coordination: A weekly schedule is established to ensure optimal availability, with regular check-ins via video calls or live chats (P2P Live Chat), ensuring continuity in our operations.
